Structural Rigidity
Constructed with high-grade Meehanite cast iron base, column, and saddle. The column is thick-walled and ribbed to provide maximum damping and support for the head bolster.
Precision Motion
Oversized, high-precision ball screws are mounted in precision-grade bearings, ensuring superior cutting performance and long-term positioning accuracy.
Way Surfaces
Slide ways are induction hardened and precision ground. Adjacent surfaces are coated with Turcite-B to reduce friction and ensure smooth, stick-slip free motion.
Advanced Lubrication
Equipped with a metered automatic lubrication system including a low-level alarm to ensure consistent oil delivery to ways and ball screws.
Versatility
Conventional UL/UH mill heads or CNC milling heads (90° tilt L/R) available. Suitable for Bed Mills, CNC Bed Mills (CBM), and Vertical Machining Centers (VMC).
Protection & Options
Standard features include steel telescoping way covers and flood coolant. Optional ATC units (Armless 20T / Arm 24T / 32T / 40T), semi-enclosure and full enclosures available.
